“Did something crazy 3 months ago and went to a pole class. Considering I am a mom of 3 with a baby ..yaaay... way out of my comfort zone. The team and the "pole gang" of club members are extremely accepting and encouraging. What I love it's the aerial yoga they run also. It fixed my post pregnancy bad back!
As per pole practise...I am hooked. I never had a work out like this. I feel I am improving. I felt like crying first 2 lessons but especially Topher is so motivating and makes me very included and gives me so much confidence.
The studio is very private and conveniently situated by public transport.
It is a place where I feel everybody is respected for their differences.”
