pole for beginners
New to pole? Never done it before at all? (Aside from coming to the Introduction to Pole Course, of course!) This class is the perfect way to start your pole journey! Fun, friendly and lots of laughs, as you build up your strength, tone-up and get to grips with pole. Guided at a gentle and steady pace helping you feel confident, fabulous and stronger than ever before!
Improvers Pole
Starting to get to grips with the basics and ready to take your practice to the next level? In these sessions we start to build on the foundations you've already mastered. Progressing to strengthening our inverts and some trickier moves and transitions!

Tricks, routines and progressing on our wonderful pole journey! Pole for All Levels will help you build your strength, flexibility and repertoire of pole moves. Because we have small groups in the class we can focus on tricks at all levels and find challenges for you, wherever you're at in your pole journey.
Intermediate pole
Ready to take things up a level? Intermediate Pole is the next step after Beginners, designed for students who can confidently climb the pole and invert.
In this class, you’ll build strength, control, and flow as you learn more challenging tricks, transitions, and combinations. Expect to work on inverted skills, extended poses, and dynamic sequences that push your abilities while keeping safety and technique at the core.
Our instructors will guide you through progressions and variations so you can keep growing at your own pace, with plenty of encouragement along the way
Spinning pole
Step into the spin! This class is perfect for those who have built a solid foundation in Beginner Pole and are ready to start exploring more intermediate skills.
In Spinning Pole, you’ll learn how to control speed, momentum, and flow while linking tricks, climbs, and spins into beautiful combinations. Each session blends strength, technique, and fluid movement—helping you feel confident, powerful, and graceful on the pole.
Our instructors will guide you through safe progressions and offer variations to suit your level, so whether you’re easing into spin for the first time or ready to push yourself further, you’ll find the perfect challenge here.
fierce heels
Bring the sass, bring the drama—this class is all about unleashing your inner powerhouse! In Fierce Heels, you’ll learn pole choreography that blends flow, floorwork, and attitude, all designed to help you move with confidence and style.
Our instructors will guide you through sultry sequences and empowering combos, breaking everything down so you can find your fierce—whether you’re trying heels for the first time, dancing barefoot, or already strutting like a pro. Expect a killer workout, a big boost of confidence, and plenty of hair flips.
Kneepads strongly recommended to keep you safe and supported as you slay the floor.

Aerial hoop
Beginners

 Our Beginners Aerial Hoop class is the perfect next step after Intro to Aerial — or a welcoming space for anyone ready to start exploring life in the hoop. You’ll refine your basic mounts, balances, and tricks while learning new shapes and transitions that help you move with more control and confidence.
Each class is designed to strengthen your body, boost your coordination, and help you feel more at home in the air. With guidance from our supportive instructors, you’ll progress safely, discover new tricks, and find your own unique flow.

Aerial Slings
Flow, flip, and fly in our Mixed Level Aerial Sling class! Whether you’re brand new to the sling or already soaring with experience, this class welcomes all levels to explore the beauty and strength of aerial movement.
You’ll learn creative wraps, transitions, and dynamic tricks while building full-body strength, mobility, and coordination. Each class blends conditioning, technique, and artistry—so you’ll not only get a great workout but also discover the joy of expressing yourself in the air.

Yoga
Sunrise Flow
Rise with an energising yoga practice designed to awaken your body and brighten your spirit. Dynamic Flow
Fuse strength, flexibility, and fluidity in our Dynamic Flow Yoga class. In this energetic yet intentional practice, you’ll flow through expressive sequences that challenge your physical boundaries while inviting attentiveness to breath, alignment and inner focus. Expect creative transitions, fun sequencing, and a balanced mix of active and grounding postures. Great for regular yogis who love to explore movement, refine form, and deepen their practice.
Restorative yin
Slow, subtle, and deeply nourishing: our Restorative Yin Yoga class is your invitation to slow down and replenish. Using props, long-held passive postures, and gentle stretches, this class encourages deep release — in the tissues, the nervous system, and the mind. Perfect for recovery days, stress relief, or when you need space to just be. You’ll leave feeling soft, calm, rested, and quietly restored.
Hatha
Slow down, ground in, and realign with our Hatha Yoga class. This practice offers a moderate-paced flow with emphasis on proper alignment, mindful breathwork, and deliberate transitions. Bend, lengthen, and strengthen! Our Flex & Stretch class is designed to help you improve mobility, increase flexibility, and build the strength needed to support safe, sustainable progress in pole, aerial, and beyond.
Each session blends active stretching, conditioning, and targeted mobility work to unlock your range of motion while keeping your body strong and supported. Expect a mix of juicy stretches, dynamic drills, and strength exercises tailored to all levels.
Whether you’re chasing your splits, working on backbends, or simply looking to move and feel better, this class will leave you looser, stronger, and refreshed.
Aerial strength & conditioning
This 30-minute powerhouse class is all about building the strength and control you need to level up your aerial journey. Using the aerial equipment (think hoop, sling, and more), you’ll work through targeted exercises designed to tone, condition, and activate every muscle — especially your core, grip, and upper body.
Whether you’re new to aerial or already training regularly, this session will help you move with more power, confidence, and ease — both in the air and on the ground. Expect a fun, fast-paced workout that leaves you feeling strong, sweaty, and totally unstoppable.
